Urieren                                                                                                3 stalks                                            200

Erie                                                                                                      2 seeds                  & nbsp;                         100

As desired Ekpo frifri (native palm oil)

METHOD

.     Peel yam and plantain and dice, set aside

.     Boil goat meat for 45 minutes

.     Grill all the species (urieren and erie) with native salt

.     Add the diced plantain

.     Add all the ground species, boil for 20 minutes

.     Add dry pepper, crayfish and 3 Seasoning cubes

.     Add the lemon grass

.     Serve hot.
