METHOD

.     Heat the palm oil for 1 minute and add the onions, pepper mixture, fry for about 10 minutes

.     Add the liver, stockfish pieces, iru, smoked fish and diced pomo, also add the seasoning Cubes, add

     the stock, stir reduce the and simmer for about 5 minutes

.     Remove from heat and serve with eba .
