METHOD

.& nbsp;      In a clean pot fry garlic, and onions for 3 minutes, add the seasoning cube (chicken flavour), thyme, curry,washed 

        Rice and tatashe , fry for 10 minutes without covering

.       Add the stock/water and salt to taste, stir well, cover and cook for 40 minutes or until rice    

        Begins to dry up

.       Add all the remaining vegetables and the cooked liver, cover with a foil paper or any clean nylon

        Cook for 3 minutes more

.       Stir properly to mix in all the vegetables, cook for 2 more minutes and turn of f the heat. Finish

        With the green pepper

.       Serve with chicken, fish or beef and cole shaw
