Mackerel fish (boiled & flanked) 2 large 750
Fresh Pepper (blended & boiled dry) 6 pieces 150
Onions (blended & boiled dry) 2 medium bulb 100
Tomatoes (blended & boiled dry) 8 pieces 300
Iru & nbsp; 3 tablespoons 100
Palm oil 2 cooking spoon ----
Ugu (washed & shredded) 1 large bunch 150
Fish stock 1 cup ----
Onions (slices) & amp;nbsp; 1 medium bulb 100
Seasoning cube 3 ----
Salt to taste
Tatashe (blended & boiled dry) 4 pieces 200
. In a clean pot heat oil, add the slices of onions, stir and fry for 1 minute.
. Add the boiled ground pepper, onions, tomatoes & tatashe, stir properly & fry for 10 minutes.
. Add the iru, seasoning cubes, fish and stock, stir well, simmer for 3 minutes.
. Add the washed and shredded ugu, stir, cover, simmer for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
