Method

.    In a clean pot heat oil, add the slices of onions, stir and fry for 1 minute.

.    Add the boiled ground pepper, onions, tomatoes & tatashe, stir properly & fry for 10 minutes.

.    Add the iru, seasoning cubes, fish and stock, stir well, simmer for 3 minutes.

.    Add the washed and shredded ugu, stir, cover, simmer for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.

,    Serve with rice
