Eggs 8 medium size 300
Tomatoes (blended) 6 large size 200
Onions (blended/sliced) 1 large bulb 100
Fresh pepper (blended) 4 large size 100
Spring onions 1 stalk 100
Tomatoes paste 2 tablespoons 50
Tatashe(blended) 4 large 150
Seasoning cube (chicken flavour) 1 -----

Seasoning cube(ginger & garlic flavour) 1 sachet -----
METHOD
. In a clean pan, fry some sliced of onions in hot vegetable oil for 2 minutes
. Add the blended tomatoes, pepper, onions, tatashe, tomatoes paste and fry for 6 minutes, stir well
. Add seasoning cube, curry, thyme, stir well and cook for 2 minutes
. Crack whole eggs one by one and drop into the sauce. sprinkle chopped spring onions in the sauce
And cover, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes
. Serve with boiled yam.
