METHOD

.     In a clean pot, heat vegetable oil for 1 minutes, add the sliced onions, chopped ginger and garlic,

& lt;p>       Stir properly and fry for 2 minutes

 

.     Add the boiled blended tomatoes, onions, pepper, tatashe, and tin tomatoes, seasoning cube,

     Curry and thyme. stir well and fry for 10 minutes or until the tanginess is off

.    Add the fried chicken and stock, add salt to taste stir well and cook for 10 minutes

.    Add blanched spinach, stir well, cover and cook for 2 minutes

.    Turn off heat

.    Serve with rice.
