METHOD


•    Heat the margarine and fry the washed shredded carrots, cabbage and runner beans for about 5 minutes in a frying pan.


•    Add the eggs and stir briskly until the eggs start scrambling.


•    Add the seasoning cube (chicken flavour), spices and salt to taste, stir.


•    Add the parboiled rice and mix thoroughly.


•    Add 2 cups of water to boil and continue adding water until the rice is soft.


•    Simmer for about 10 minute.


•    Serve.
