METHOD

.     In a clean pot, add beef, pomo, stockfish, dry fish, stock/water and cook for 10 minutes

.    Add crayfish, iru, palm oil, pounded pepper, seasoning cube and allow to cook for 10 minutes

.     Add egusi and bitter leaf, do not stir. Cover and cook for 10 minutes

.    Add okro and ugu, stir well, taste and add salt if necessary. Cook  for 5 minutes

.     Add with fufu, semo, or wheat meal
