METHOD

.     In a clean pot, bring 4 litres of water to boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt and cooking spoon of

     vegetable oil. Add the spaghetti, cook for 15 minutes stirring in between.

.    Meanwhile, in a sauce pan heat the remaining oil, fry garlic ginger, slices of onions and spring

     Onions for 1 minutes

.     Add ground pepper, seasoning cube, curry, thyme and tomatoes .fry for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. add the diced liver, stir well and add salt to taste

.    Drain spaghetti in a colander

.    Add the sauce and blanched ugu to the spaghetti in the same pot. stir properly taste and cover to simmer for 5 minutes .

serve well garnished.
