Method

·         Heat palm oil in a clean pot for 1 minute, add  the ground pepper, tomatoes, onions, tatashe,  iru and fry for 10 minutes.

·         Add the beef, dry fish, shaki, pomo, stockfish, maggi cubes, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

·         Add the ground egusi, cover the pot do not stir and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

·         Add the stock/water, bitter leaves, stir gently, taste and add salt, cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.

·         Add the washed water leaves, cover and cook on low heat for 3 minutes

·         Serve with rice, eba, amala, fufu, semo, pounded yam
