- How do I shop?
Click on any category/product you want to order, click "add to cart", you can continuously add various items to your shopping cart, when you are through, click on shopping cart at the top right hand side of the page and click checkout. You will be directed to register or login, choose from the payment options and then confirm your order.
2. Searching for a product?
Type the product name or keyword in the search box on the top right corner of each page.
3. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE for orders N10,000 above while orders below N10,000 attract a N1000 delivery fee.
4. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Lagos State excluding Ikorodu, Festac and Satellite town.
5. What is the minimum order purchase?
Only orders N3000 and above are processed for delivery.
6. When is my order delivered?
Same Day Delivery
Orders received by 10am on a certain day will be processed for delivery same day. Orders received after 10am will be delivered Next Day.
7. How do I Pay?

8. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent to you. Detailing all that you ordered. A deliver note will be given on deliver .Please make a note of the order number which you will need in case you need to contact us regarding your order.
9. What hours do you deliver?
We deliver between the hours of 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday
10. What if I am not in when you deliver?
If no one is available to accept and sign for your delivery, a card will be left by our driver asking you to contact MHQ Customer Sales & Support at your earliest convenience to arrange an alternative delivery time. You will be charged for the subsequent delivery. If you fail to rearrange delivery, your order will be cancelled.
11. Do you make deliveries outside Lagos?
We currently only deliver within Lagos and can process orders placed internationally with a Lagos based recipient.
12. What if I am not happy with any product in my delivery?
Please alert the delivery personnel and also fill the form on the contact us page. If we have substituted any items in your order that you are not satisfied with, our delivery driver will take them away and ensure that your account is credited accordingly.
13. Substitutes and replacements
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. However, if an item you require is not available, you can request a similar substitute product. If a substitution is made, you will always be charged the lower of the two prices (excluding weighed items), but if it's not what you want you can refuse it. You can set your substitution preferences globally, that is for all the items in your trolley. Or you can set them for individual items as you shop.
